I tend to jump at any chance I get to paint a really large piece. A little while back I had the opportunity to paint a pretty big mural on the side of a popular bar in Hull. Larkin’s is a great venue that regularly hosts live music and beer festivals in its amazing beer garden, so when they asked me to brighten up the space a little I put up the scaffolding and got to work. The freehand space scene came together over about three hours and I even got my kids to add their own splashes of paint towards the end.
